      Dear Diary,                                                  I feel that life, is in the momentary pauses that  we take.We come most alive when we pause, to reflect on ourselves, to relive on our childhood memories, to think back to happy times.🌈                         Also, when we pause our daily routine to curl up with our loved ones and spend some time with our good friends.💗                      To feel that joy that sparks up within us, when we spend time by ourselves, maybe relaxing alongside nature amidst dewy mountains,dazzling beaches, lush forests or dune-filled deserts transports us to a different world altogether.🌏                         We come the most alive when silence surrounds us, maybe in the quiet darkness,or the silent noise of the rain or when the warm winter sun shines in through the window in our quiet room.🌟                        And I also feel that we should work our routine  out to its fullest,so that when we take a momentary pause, w
